If you're the person who LOVES the relaxation part of Yoga the most, or starts to stress with Saturday/Sunday afternoon dread of the week ahead, this is the class for you. A full hour to rest, restore and enjoy Yoga Nidra and gentle guided meditation: the perfect way to set you up for the week ahead.

Nourish noble qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience, and loving kindness towards yourself and others. Regular practise may be useful for insomnia, fear, anxiety, depression and pain. A beautiful addition to your regular yoga class, or a lovely treat to yourself.
This class is perfect for beginners and current students. Men and Women. You don't need to know anything about yoga. I've got everything you need for a restorative afternoon of relaxation and visualisation, but please bring your own cushion, and eye pillow if preferred.
These are special one-off classes and spaces are limited. You will need to book in and pay in advance.
