If you're the person who LOVES the relaxation part of Yoga the most, or starts to stress with Sunday afternoon dread of the week ahead, this is the class for you. A full 1.5hrs to rest, restore and enjoy Yoga Nidra and gentle guided meditation: the perfect way to set you up for the week ahead. 

Do you want to:

Nourish noble qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience, and loving kindness towards yourself and others. Regular practise may be useful for insomnia, fear, anxiety, depression and pain. A beautiful addition to your regular yoga class, or a lovely treat to yourself. 

This class is perfect for beginners and current students. Men and Women. You don't need to know anything about yoga. Restorative yoga is particularly useful for times when you feel weak, fatigued, or stressed from your daily activities, or major life events: death of a loved one, change of job or residence, marriage, divorce, illness or in recovery. I've got everything you need for a restorative afternoon of supported floor based poses, relaxation and visualisation.

These are special one-off classes and spaces are limited. You will need to book in and pay in advance.

This Yoga Nidra session was amazing for relaxation and sleep restoration. Sally is an exceptional teacher, I was able to focus and stop my mind from wandering and therefore gain from the total experience.
